Recovery: 200m jog between 400m reps. 400m jog between 200m reps

This workout proceeded the following 4 x 300m session detailed in a previous WOTD.
Andy's comment in his log this day reads: "felt really good on 200s! Felt OK on 400s."
It makes sense why he ran so fast so often during his storied career — he simply enjoyed it more than the alterantive.
