Context & Details
Wheating and speed workouts go together like peanut butter and jelly. The two were made for each other.
I can't comment any on this session, but I can appreciate the hell of out it. I imagine big Andy storming down the homestretch at Hayward on each rep with a huge grin on his face, as he was his happiest on the track when running fast.
This session is quick and difficult, but I am sure he enjoyed every step by the note he made in his training log, "Fast today. Felt Awesome!"
