Encountering challenges are not enjoyable, but necessary for our growth.
In the midst of a challenge, the demand seems overwhelming. Sometimes you question if you are capable of overcoming the obstacle.
The truth is the obstacle is the way.
If you avoid difficulty and challenging circumstances you stay static. You don’t grow and move a little closer to exiting the arena. To continue to play the game (of sport or life) you need to change, adapt, and grow. Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning — and no chance of happening.
