Change is nothing more than waves in the ocean of time.

In the short-term, the waves can create choppy, rocky waters, leading to confusion, doubt, and despair. However, in the long-term, the underlying currents assist in directing the vessel towards its destination.

To cope with change, it's best to take a long-range point of view.

Determine the business you're really in, point yourself in the appropriate direction, and stick with it.

When the tide is rising, everything seems to be working. When the tide is falling, nothing seems to be working. The ebb and flow is natural, not a threat.

The sun will shine tomorrow upon the sea and those who made the right decisions and stay steadfast to their position today.

Be patient. Don't jump ship. Hold fast.
