When Boo speaks, listen.

Boo is one of today’s top educators on the practical application of auxiliary training and how it compliments primary training in athletics. If you have questions about plyometrics, med balls, strength training protocols, cross-training, etc. Boo is one of the go-to coaches to ask.

I’ve learned a lot from Boo. And am still learning from him. He is a well of knowledge on successful coaching methods and practical application of training theory.

Boo gets right into it in this podcast. It’s a great listen.
