This week's question:
I know based on all of your podcasts and sample schedules this far that you do not prescribe weekly mileage, but instead think about what is the goal per day.
My question is then several parts -
1) how do you determine what is the appropriate amount of running per day?
2) Is there a goal amount of running that differs based on event?
3) A lot of the running I saw in schedules is by feel, do you ever use paces for medium long run days as maybe they are more moderate in stimulus?
4) Lastly, how do you quantify workload or track workload when using minutes for easy days?
