The best leaders show those they serve what's possible. 

The coach can say, "With a lot of hard work, this is possible."

The teacher, "With diligent study, this is possible for you."

And the CEO, "With everyone's skills and intelligence aligned, here is what's possible for us."

If you find yourself in a leadership role of any kind, never forget your charge needs to be told what's possible and required to see that possibility materialize. 

This is what hope is all about.
